I had a pretty good experience at Willies! I ordered the shrimp platter with fries, and it was delicious. Our server, Uly, was fantastic with her spunky attitude, keeping us laughing the whole time. She was very attentive, ensuring our drinks were always filled. I highly recommend Willies for great food and excellent service!

Had the BEST experience here!!! Service and food were by far top notch! The manager Lisa stopped by our table to make sure everything was great and that truly gives a great touch to a positive dining experience. Good old fashion customer service is what I love!! Well done team! We will be back!

This restaurant always has always given me good service. Clean and friendly. My go-to plate here is the 1 lb crab legs. Usually get 2 clusters of legs, sometimes 3, 2 potatoes, and 2 corn. I get the garlic butter sauce. For the price, you can't go wrong. Reasonable price for crab legs, I think. The 1 lb shrimp is also good if you're craving shrimp. I also have tried the gumbo, and it wasn't for me. I'm looking forward to trying other things here in the future. Enjoy!

Not only is the food amazing, but the customer service is top tier. Lisa, one of the managers had such a friendly and approachable demeanor. She checked on my friend and I a few times and you can tell she’s just attentive to the needs of the customers and staff. Definitely returning!

Our server, Angel, provided outstanding service throughout our visit. He consistently checked on us at appropriate intervals to ensure we had everything we needed, and he did so with a warm and friendly demeanor. His ability to engage in light, pleasant conversation made the dining experience even more enjoyable. Came here to say I really enjoyed my experience! We had the sampler and everything came out hot and crispy. My husband and I had the TX Fried Chicken Club and it did not disappoint! Flavor was there and enjoyed the sauce! Had to mention that we went for a party and although it was a lot of us, everything went well and service was great!

This is a great place to have a baby shower. We had Kate as our server and she took great care of our party of about 25. We didn’t have to wait for anything. She stayed on top of appetizers and entrees. We never had to look for her to order drinks which is always a bonus!! Our food was hot and delicious. I had the new hot honey chicken sandwich with tater tots and it was the perfect amount of spicy and saucey. Request the party room if you have a large party and if Kate is available ask for her!!!

The cashier, Isiah, was very friendly. Not at all annoyed by the amount of times I asked for ice, even after ordering. I haven't had a burger here in forever or eaten here in forever. I tend to order the Salmon Caesar Salad. I love theirs bc I hate overdressed salads and their Caesar always has the perfect dressing to salad ratio (for my preference). The Hickory burger, however, was on point. Our server, Jose, was very sweet. Happy, friendly, all the stuff most people care about. I care about my tea and fast service. He was all of that too. Provided great service.
